• Software development experience (Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, etc.)
• API and backend service design (authentication, authorization, data protection)
• Experience engineering AI/ML platforms or components (RAG, chatbots, agentic agents, etc.)
• Familiarity with AIOps practices (monitoring, benchmarking, compliance)

Industry Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI platforms and backend services on AWS
• Build reusable frameworks, SDKs, and microservices
• Implement secure, compliant solutions (HIPAA, SOC2)
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Support real-time data pipelines and streaming integrations
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and QA teams
• Participate in POCs, demos, and innovation initiatives
• Influence architecture decisions using cost, performance, and scalability considerations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field OR
  6+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of software development experience (Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, .NET, Java, SQL)
• Strong experience with SDLC methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience troubleshooting and delivering technical solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to mentor and collaborate within teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
