Top 3 Required Technical Skills

  • Atlassian Cloud administration (Jira & Confluence – system + project level)
  • Experience administering ScriptRunner (all aspects)
  • Strong understanding of Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum & Kanban)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Jira & Confluence (Cloud administration)
    • ScriptRunner (advanced usage)
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities

Additional Notes

  • Flexible schedule required
  • Must be available to support teams until midnight IST (Monday–Friday)
  • Strong emphasis on customer service and stakeholder communication

Interview Process

  • 1 round: 45-minute Microsoft Teams interview with hiring manager
