Developer Java/J2EE Specialist - Mclean, VA

Must Have Qualifications: Java version jdk17, must have Spring boot with REST/JSON based web services, SQL. Familiarity with Gradle/ Jenkins/ EKS, rancher and AWS. The ideal candidate is proactive, committed, and able to take initiative when solving problems.

Basic Requirements:

• 5-7 years of IT experience in design, development, integration and testing of software solutions based on Spring Boot, Apache Camel and web services.
• 5-7 years of experience with relational databases including Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, and/or DB2.
• 3-5 years AWS EKS or Kubernetes based solutions.
• 3-5 years of experience with managing, building, and deploying code through tools including Java IDE (Eclipse/Intellij), GIT, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins.
• 3-5 years of experience designing and executing JUnit test cases using Mockito framework based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
