Job Title: Jira Administrator / SME

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Experience: Minimum 10+ years

 Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator
• Proven expertise as a Zephyr for Jira SME
• Extensive experience in:
• Creating test cases in Zephyr
• Executing and managing test cycles in Zephyr
• Solid understanding of QA processes, test management, and defect tracking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
