SAP IBP Functional consultant

Location: Alameda, CA

Client is looking for experience SAP IBP candidate with experience in DS (Detail Scheduling)
Visa: All visa workable

Role Summary

Provide production support and continuous improvement for SAP Integrated Business Planning  in an SAP S/4HANA landscape. The role is responsible for alignment between IBP planning processes (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP/Response) and detailed execution planning in PP/DS, covering functional planning support, data integration, issue resolution, and planning-to-execution consistency.

Experience & Skills

- 3-8+ years of SAP supply chain planning experience
- 2-5+ years hands-on SAP IBP support (Implementation, AMS  or post–go-live)
- Strong understanding of IBP planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators
- Working knowledge of PP/DS and its interaction with IBP and MRP in S/4HANA
- Experience supporting IBP data integrations and reconciliation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills

Certifications (Preferred)

- SAP Integrated Business Planning certification
- SAP certification (PP, PP/DS, APO)
- ITIL or equivalent support certification
