Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer – Salesforce QA (GovCloud)
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.‑based)
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience, including 1.5–2 years within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong manual testing experience in Salesforce and integration with external systems.
-Proficiency in  creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce.
- Experience with Certinia ( FinancialForce ) PSA customizations and data structures.
- Hands‑on Salesforce GovCloud testing experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and workflow tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proven success delivering high‑quality projects on tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Provar or other automated testing frameworks.
- Background in large‑scale, regulated environments (GovCloud, medical device, defense, or government programs).
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Classic components, and integration data models.
- Exposure to Agile SAFe framework and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process compliance.
