Key Responsibilities:
SDLC Testing Governance Adherence:
Ensure that all Quality Engineering (QE) activities are performed in strict accordance with the organization’s SDAM standards and controls. This includes verifying that each release phase—planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-release review—demonstrates full compliance with change management, quality assurance, and risk management requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all matters related to software testing processes, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software testing delivery, test governance, or quality engineering roles in regulated financial services or technology environments.
Deep knowledge of FFIEC guidelines or other regulatory frameworks relevant to banking and financial institutions.
Experience designing and implementing test governance or quality assurance frameworks aligned to regulatory and industry standards.
Hands-on experience with QE tools and methodologies (e.g., test automation, CI/CD, Azure DevOps (ADO), test environment management, test data management, risk-based testing).
Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile/DevOps practices, and software risk management.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
