ENUM Support

Hi,

I was wondering if there would be interest in adding ENUM Support to
the project.
I was thinking of making use of the Location Service (Locator class)
in Mobicents Sip Servlets to provide better SRV lookups and I wanted
to contribute ENUM support for Tel URL if there was interest
