Thankx for the reply. But problem is not solved.
 
When we re-write the data again error shows that error in tr01343.500 file and tally shut down.

It seems the file has been corrupted due to power fluctuation or some such problem during data enrty.
Please try the following as it may help solve your problem.
1. Tax backup of the company
2. Close all companies
3. In Tally Main Menu press Ctrl+Alt+R
4. This will open the company list to re-write data. select the company having problem and enter.
 
This process re-writes the whole data. Please do confirm the balances are carried over correctly since sometime a few entries which are in the affected file may get deleted.
