There is so much I could say about ZIVA, but a few things that really stand out is the meticulous planning & care in every aspect .From Panic buttons to skid proof tiles to state of the art CCTV monitoring system, Walking & jogging tracks, Safety lockers. Thanks to the well organized team of Ziva.

The marvellous Shiva Vishnu temple inaugurated a few days ago is a place so divine & sublime.

Few days ago, I had the opportunity to visit ZIVA an Active retirement home by ARUN EXCELLO a name to reckon with when it comes to Commitment Quality Trust & Style. It's an amazing & seriously out of this world place. Thank you so much Arun Suresh for making this possible.

Ziva has a dedicated place of worship- A Siva-Vishnu Temple which is centrally located with easy access from the Villas & Apartments. The Temple is spread over an area of 5000 Sft and a sprawling landscaped garden with different types of flowering plants that adorn the Deities every day. Poojas are conducted 2 times in a day starting early morning with a Go-puja. The Temple premises acts as a place for the residents to congregate and chant slokas and spend time in a spiritual way and take the divine blessings of the deities. On special & auspicious days, distribution of prasadams cooked by the priest is offered to all the residents. The Temple premises is managed by a Trust ( Siva-Vishnu Temple Trust) and any offering is welcome from the residents to support the activities.

A cattle farm (Goshala) located adjacent to the active retirement community-Ziva with an organic farm is a place for more than 8 species of desi cows which provide the much required source of A2 milk. These cows numbering more than 80 are housed in cattle sheds and are being fed with organic grass, corn and supplements. The milk from the cattle farm is used in the Ziva kitchen for supply of milk & curd to the residents of Ziva community. There is a demarcated place for vegetable & greens farming within the 2 acre span which are grown organically and supplied to the Ziva kitchen for use in cooking the satvik food and served to the residents on a daily basis.
