Time Zone Problem -- can we choose the time zone?

Hi,

I see a problem of Time zone problem on my site. Essentially, can I
set the Time zone for my website in Jaiku-engine configuration (or
maybe the app-engine)? (if my users are mainly at CA, there seems to
be no reason to use EST time).

Actully, this seems to be a bug.

But my website says "Wednesday, 8 April 2009"

The code has generally been working on UTC, timezone support would be great but currently does not exist.
