Time for 1.3.1?

Dear All,
I was wondering if there big objections against 1.3.1 next week as we are
using a broken version of rangelookup in GeoServer and GeoTools right
now and this hurting us.

It would actually be mostly a bug fix release.

Yep, that sounds good Simone. It would also make Akos's fixes to
DiskMemImageGraphics available.

Have you been able to do much testing of the new RangeLookup code so far ?

Yep,
seems fine for the moment. Do you need help for the release?

I might get back to this later on to try and replace the code for the
RasterSymbolizer, hence I might have more feedback at the time ( I
know I am repeating myself here).

No, it's very easy. I'll just branch it off onto releases and leave
out the Generate operation and anything else that is a work in
progress.

After 1.3.1 you mean ? Sounds good.

Hi Simone,

I'm just going to have another look over the RangeLookup code and beef
up the unit tests a little prior to releasing 1.3.1 tomorrow (probably
around this time).
