Gandhidham - Hatkesh Jayanti Celebrated

Patostva - Hatkesh Jayanti was celebrated at Gandhidham with traditional zeal and spirit with full day activities. In morning, 'RUDRI' puja was performed at 'Hatkeshwar' temple where all fellow Hatkesh took part in large numbers .

 

In the eveing, a grand get-togather of all Hatkesh were arranged where all took the 'Prasad' in form of a very delicious dinner with 'RAS PURI' (Mango and Puri). Around 450 members of Hatkesh in Gandhidham Complex took part in the celebration. The occassion also provide an opportunity to meet each other at one place.

 

Also was the occassion for a General Body meeting of the 'Shri Samasta Nagar Mandal - Gandhidham' to elect a new team for the Year 2006-08, as the tenure of the current team under the Presidentship of Shri Satishbhai Dholakia completed its term of Two Years very successfully. During the meeting, a brief report was presented by the Jt. Secretary Shri Sanjay Mehta, Financial Report was tabled by the Shri Sunil Shukla - Treasuerer. Earlier the Smt. Niharikaben Dholakia delivered her brief blessing speech and thanks all the fellow Nagars for coming today in large numbers to celebrate Hatkesh Jayanti and supporting the current dynamic team of executive  committe for Two Years. President Shri Satishbhai Dholakia in his welcome speech extended warm welcome all to all, narrated the various work done and experiences during years of his Presidentship and progress made. He specially thanked some Nagar Families for their all round support financially or contributing their personal Services, ie. thanked some families for supporting the Nagar Mandal with 'Tann, Mann and Dhann' and some families for their support with 'Tann and Mann'.

 

The programm was conculded with very happy note by 11 pm night.
