Respected Acharyas/Sanchalaks,

 

Please take note of the three very important points mentioned below.

 

There is an urgent requirement of sadhaks for Gurukarya in Mangalore and Bangalore. All Acharyas are requested to encourage sadhaks to participate in this Gurukarya. This is a wonderful oppurtunity for us to express our gratitude towards Pujya Swamiji and for all that he does for us. Sadhaks are required to reach Mangalore/Bangalore at the most by 22nd September and perform Gurukarya atleast for 3 or 4 days. Considering the urgency, you can suggest working sadhaks to utilise their leaves at office to perform Gurukarya.

The circular regarding Chaitanya Mahotsav has already been forwarded to all. Acharyas are requested to prepare list of sadhaks in the given format and send the same to samarp...@gmail.com and Pramukh Acharyas by email. A hard copy along with the  amount collected should be deposited at the Mulund Office with Vipulbhai or Jhaverbhai on or before 14th October. Please bear in mind there will be no extension in dates whatsoever.

As announced in earlier meetings, special programmes will be arranged on Fridays in the month of October for sadhikas and youngsters. Details of the programme will be mailed to all shortly. All Acharyas are requested to prepare list of sadhaks interested in attending these programmes as soon as possible and inform the number of sadhaks by mail. This will help us to arrange the programme better.
