Followup on Invitation for the ongoing event at Azad Maidan17-28_2_2010

Dear all,

Followup actions and suggestions for implementation by ALL SADHAKS on the discussions held in the meeting yesterday 17-2-10 7:00PM at the venue.

1. Attached PDF Invitation / brochure on Exhibition of Meditation from 17-28 Feb and Shibir from 21-28 Feb 2010 at Azad Maidan, Panaji)  for circulation thru email or otherwise to all contacts. (personal, official, academic institutions, corporates etc.)

2. All Sanchalaks 

---- invariably take a print and display, circulate at the centre and to distribute.

 

---- encourage / request all sadhaks to attend the exhibition at least once during this period. (One can arrange bus transport so that samuhikta / collectivity will play a good role.

---- request all sadhaks to approach and  invite minimum 5 non-sadhaks to visit  the exhibition and also participate in the upcoming Shibir and know the power of meditation.

---- visit all academic institutions in their vicinity and request the Heads/Principal to encourage teachers to understand the power of meditation and ask pupil to take benefit  to gain confidence, concentration which will result in improving memory power and efficiency at studies. Both the student and the institution will be highly benefited. (should be asked to take the benefit of Sunday Holdiay)

---- same as above .... (visit to corporate offices, govt. offices etc. where in staff will improve the efficency at work which will result in good output and the organisation will benefit. (spending one hour of office time at the exhibition will result in overall growth)

3. BANNER reminding of the Shbir Dates in Big Fonts to be placed on the Pendal and also at the end point/Exit. Every visitor to the exhibition  to be made aware of the Shibir and to be invited.
