Fraud detection project(HMM)

I am currently doing a project which detects the fraud in credit card transactions using HMM,however I am finding difficulty in setting up the initial parameters for the detection i.e. alpha and the initial transaction probabilities.I came  to know about JAHMM through Quora can someone guide me with where to start from or get over my problem
