Namaskaar,

 

We had a meeting with Amar (SWaCH supervisor).

 

They want to target some societies in Bibwewadi area.

1. Gangadham Society
2. Gagan Vihar
3. Gagan Galaxy
4. And more in Bibwewadi area.

 

As a start we will target first three societies, so here mentioned three names only.

 

For this campaign we need at least 35 people (excluding 4-5 SWaCH supervisors).

We will execute this plan on 27^th Dec 08 and 28^th Dec 08 (Coming weekend).

Full plan with timings will be provided by tomorrow evening.

 

There will be small orientation program conducted by SWaCH supervisors, just to introduce with the concept and to give an idea how to speak with the citizens.

The orientation program will be half an hour long, probably just before we start the campaign.

We need a count so that it could be easy to plan and make this campaign successful.

So fill this sheet as early as possible.

 

SWaCH is doing great work for last 14 years. Management is also too good.

After meeting SWaCH we came to know that it’s very easy for citizens to keep the city clean.

Because they are already established with a systematic management of waste in the city.

They are providing many facilities to citizens as well as to the workers.

 

JOIN HANDS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN to keep Pune clean and green.
