As-salamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatoh,

 

REWARD FOR 8TH DAY OF FASTING

Holy Prophet Muhammad  al Mustafā (salla llāhu ʿalayhi wa-alehe wa-sallam) said:

"..The Almighty Allāh would give you the reward of sixty thousand worshippers and sixty thousand repenters on the eighth day..."

Imām Jaʿfar ibn Muhammad al-Sādiq (alayhi salām) said:

“Whoever believes in Allāh and in the life to come should not ignore reading Chapter 112 (al-‘Ikhlas) of the Holy Quran after an obligatory prayer. Whoever does so (reads it), Allāh will collect for him the good of this and the next life, forgive him, his parents and their children.”

Dua for Eight Day of Ramzan al-Mubarak

 

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

  

Allaahummar-Zuqnee Feehi Rah’matal Aytaami Wa it’a’amat’-T’a-A’ami Wa Ifshaaa-As Salaam Wa S’uh’batal Kiraam Bi-T’awlika Yaa Malja-Al Aamileen

O Allah, on this day, let me have mercy on the orphans, and feed [the hungry], and spread peace, and keep company with the noble minded, O the shelter of the hopeful.

Recite 6 Rak-a’t Namaaz (2x 3). Between Maghrib & Ishaa prayers.

 In every Rak-a’t, 

Soorah Al Faatih’ah - 1Time

Aayaatul Kursee  -7 times

After salam

Salwaat  - 50 times

Imām Jaʿfar ibn Muhammad al-Sādiq (alayhi salām) said:

I tell you to recite the Holy Qur'an because the levels of Paradise are equal to the verses of the Holy Qur'an. On the day of Resurrection, the recitor of the Qur'an will be told to recite the  Qur'an so that his status is elevated. As soon as he shall recite a single verse, he will be granted another level ”

O Allah, on this day, let me have mercy on the orphans, and feed [the hungry], and spread peace, and keep company with the noble minded, O the shelter of the hopeful.
