Bismillah Arrahman Arraheem
As-salamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatoh,
Abi Salt al-Harawi visited Imam al-Reza (alayhi salām) on the last Friday of Sha`ban
Imām Alī ibn Mūsā al-Rezā (alayhi salām) said:
“Abu’lalt: The majority of Sha`ban has passed. This is the last Friday in it. You should thus settle what you have missed in this month by working hard in the rest of it. You may supplicate, seek forgiveness of Almighty Allāh, recite the Holy Qur'an, and repent before Almighty Allāh from your sins so that you receive the month of Ramadan with pure sincerity to Almighty Allāh. You must fulfill all the trusts that you are liable to settle; and do not bear malice against any of your brethren-in-faith; and you must give up any sin that you commit. Fear Almighty Allāh and trust in Him in secret and openly, for ‘If any one puts his trust in Allāh, sufficient is (Allāh) for him. For Allāh will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allāh appointed a due proportion. 65/3’
In the rest days of Sha`ban, you may repeat the following supplication very much for Almighty Allāh saves many people from Hellfire on account of the sanctity of this month
اللّهُمَّ إنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ غَفَرْتَ لَنَا فِيمَا مَضَى مِنْ شَعْبَانَفَاغْفِرْ لَنَا فِيمَا بَقِيَ مِنْهُ
Alluhumma in lam takun ghafarta lana fima madha min sha`bana faghfir lana fima baqiya minhu
O Allāh: If You have not forgiven us in the past days of Sha`ban,(please do) forgive us in the rest of it.

Imām Alī ibn Mūsā al-Rezā (alayhi salām) said:
“On the resurrection Day, four days shall be carried to Almighty Allah in procession in the same way as a bride is carried to her new home.” “What are these four days?” someone asked.
The Imam (alayhi salām) answered: “These four days are the Greater Bairam Day (yawm al-adha – the tenth of Dhu’l-Hijjah), the Lesser Bairam Day (yawm al-fitr – the first of Shawwal), Friday, and the Ghadir Day (eighteenth of Dhu’l-Hijjah). Among these days, the Ghadir Day shall be lightning just like moon among stars...."

“Allah will grant a person who visits a true believer on it (the Day of 'Eidul Ghadir) seventy types of Divine Light in his grave and will expand his grave. Every day, 70,000 Angels will visit him in the grave and they will grant him the glad tidings of Paradise.”
