Something to add to possible future features: read an existing .info
if it exists! That way FileMaker could read in the channel, short and
long descriptions as well as the broadcast date and time, etc.. Then
it would just need to write the new end time as per the edited clips
length.

Also, I noticed the new option to automatically rename .rec to .mpg ->
could this be made universal, eg: for any file that needs renaming?

Thanks Jaffa!

PS- haven't checked the latest build but 1.2 had a character limit on
the descriptions which was a lot shorter than the Topfield's??

Some good ideas.

An option to use an existing .info and just change duration and other
values as a result of an edit could be done. I'll add it to my to do
list.
The Topfield EPG has a 512 byte limit on descriptions - you may be
right that I haven't implemented all of that - I'll check that one out
and fix it if I'm not allowing the full length.
There would also be a way of setting up a default extension that was
always renamed to .mpg like .rec - I'll add that one too.

I've not been doing a lot on the program of late, but I'll get back
into it soon I hope,

Cheers.
