Updated Jaffa resources

Thank you for providing the JAFFA(L) resources for hg38 and genCode22 at  https://figshare.com/ndownloader/files/25410494 

I wonder whether you could provide an updated version of the resources, e.g. based on current genCode v 46?

Hi Alexey,

Yes, the reference has become a little old now! If you would like to submit a github issue request on our JAFFA repository we will think about updating it for future releases. In the mean time (as it may take a while), I think you could try following the instructions here to generate your own custom reference. Please let us know if anything doesn't work or isn't clear.
