Seems like something is blocking maven from fetching required packages. Maybe the great firewall of the PRC?

"Effective January 15, 2020, The Maven Central Repository no longer supports insecure communication over plain HTTP and requires that all requests to the repository are encrypted over HTTPS."

I've already pushed a change to fix it. Update and try it again.
