jAER build asking for exe4j licensed

When I launch the app directly then it keeps on loading but the viewer did not open. So I tried building its source code on netbeans...but it shows that exe4j does not have a licensed key.

You don't need to have this license. It is only used to rebuild the exe launcher in cases where these are major changes in the classpath or java runtime configuration. Normally the launcher does not need rebuilding.
