how to decode AER data

I would like to get event data from Dynamic Audio Sensor, but I could not buy it. So, I found a project named OpenNAS. I use Vivado tools to simulate and notice the output data using AER bus. Could I ask if the AER data can convert to .adeat file and how to do it(which means using software algorithm only). Besides, I don't have USBAERmini2 and I could not find open source about it.
