jogl 2.5.0 jaer with java 21 and apache netbeans IDE 20

At long last version 2.5.0 of JOGL (the java bindings for OpenGL) was released and this finally allowed me to try moving jAER forwards to the latest Java and Netbeans versions.

I got this working after a day of fiddling around and pushed all the changes to the jAER branch jogl2.5. At least for me on windows it seems to work.

I'm fairly certain some more changes will be needed for various EventFilters that I have not yet tested and that things like the linux launcher script jaer_viewer_linux.sh will need to be modified. I can only test the windows 11 version here and only on one laptop.

PS I had to push static version of fat jar of JOGL2.5 to the jars folder since I cannot figure out how to get ivy to fetch them from the jogamp test repository, which is the only place they are stored. When I use ivy, I only the POM file, not the actual classes or native DLLs.
