Jaeger K8s Deployment (prod strategy) Query pod keeps restarting

Hi team,

I am trying to install Jaeger with Elasticsearch storage backend in an openshift cluster. I followed the steps at https://www.jaegertracing.io/docs/1.28/operator/ and have been able to capture spans and view the results on UI. However, the "simple-prod-query" deployment keeps crashing and restarting. Error lines from the logs simply say: "transport: Error while dialing dial tcp :16685: connect: connection refused". 

Has anyone come across this issue before, or can point me to a potential cause?
