Can you please remind me how to add a new property and copying color codes etc from existing?

My existing properties have colour codes for hold, not avail, deposit rec'd , and full payment. When I add a new property, it only gives me 2 options, avail and unavailable. I remember in the past I copied over an existing property to get the codes, but I cannot remember how to do it. thanks so much! Panama Sarah
