Changes to jacquard-examples

In preparation for adding some more examples, I made the following breaking changes to jacquard-examples:

• Instead of editing run_autograder.py to specify the submission package and source files, there is now a configuration file config.ini.
• I moved scripts that will be the same for all examples to the directory /common.
• I changed the name of the script to test the autograder at the local command line from run_autograder.py to test_autograder.sh.
• I renamed the file HiddenFavoriteIteratorsTest to HiddenFavoritesIteratorTest.

I have updated the documentation. I will do my best to keep breaking changes to a minimum. Please let me know if you have any questions.
