Release of version 1.0.0 and updated documentation

I will be leading a workshop on Jacquard at SIGCSE on March 20.  As part of the preparation, I have released version 1.0.0 of Jacquard, improved the examples, and moved repositories from my personal account to the new organization jacquard-autograder.
