you use a programmer which is not supported by bascom yet.
The avrisp in bascom is there since 1995 or so, it is the first avrisp from atmel,
not compatible with later programmers (which they gave the same name). It is based
on first avr910 modules from atmel.
When the device is stk500 compatible (stk500 protocol) you can select stk500 as the
programmer and use the stk500.exe from studio.
But i also have good news : next IDE will support the mkii ISP (stk500 protocol with
usb) and the IDE after that will have stk500 and 910 support.
You get a similar screen as the stk200 programmer window then.
