Report creation when running Jacoco coverage through Javaagent

Can someone please help me figure out how i should create a report from a jacoco exec file that has been created through a javaagent on a JVM.

When i open this jacoco file in eclipse it shows 0 % coverage which i am guessing is because of on the fly instrumentation of classes. In this case how do i create a report for the jacoco.exec file?
