Using Jacoco to get code coverage for already build product

Hello,

I would like some help to get code coverage. Following are the details:

1.) I have product deployed on Tomcat server in windows environment
2.) I conduct manual test and Automation test (Selenium)

I want to use Jacoco to get code coverage. Is this possible, if yes, can you help me with step by step guide on this.

Maybe start by reading JaCoCo documentation - http://www.jacoco.org/jacoco/trunk/doc/ ? Also using Google you already can find a lot of materials about this subject.
