Here's my Scenario

I have different types of application running  - say WebApp, Docker etc in a distributed setup
And it is not feasible to get to know the locations of Class Files at runtime

Is there a way to directly dump the report into XML (considering there are instances of Jacoco agents running on multiple servers) without actually knowing where the Class Files are present?

The same holds true for the JaCoCo agent. It only sees the classes which are actually used. Classes which are not used are not seen by the agent. That’s why the agent can’t create a report on its own.

There is an option though to dump all class files seen by the agent. They might be used to create a (incomplete) coverage report. See option classdumpdir in the agent documentation: https://www.jacoco.org/jacoco/trunk/doc/agent.html
