eclemma Api

Hey, 
i have a university project, and i need to start eclemma from code directly , the problem is that im new to this topic and i dont really know how eclemma works internally.
i found the git repo of eclemma but i cant spend so much time by trying to find out wich api´s i well need.
so the question if anybody know where i should start searching or where can i find the api´s to start eclemma programmaticly.

which by the way explains how EclEmma and JaCoCo work and already contains examples of programmatic execution.

But if you don't have time on reading of this, then please tell to your teacher who gave you this task that you don't have time on it, or ask your questions to him, instead of asking volunteers to spend their free time.
