Instrument only my source java files

Hi,
When i run jacoco i see all it dependent classes also instrumented (enabled classDumpDir and saw lots of classes being dumped there)

How do i make sure i instrument only source files under my project (myproject/src/main/java) are instrumented?

Agent options "includes" and "excludes" specify which classes will be instrumented.
