How to generate report on different class with same name

How this can be done?

I keep on getting the error "Can't add different class with same name:" and I have to manually remove all the duplicate classes

My class names are like, in same folder
XYZ.28d44622411812a1.class
XYZ.9a774f30a5a69cdb.class
