Unable to install Eclemma in Eclipse v: Neon.3 Release (4.6.3)

Installing from both the Help > Eclipse Marketplace and Help > Install New Software has resulted in 'An error occured while collecting items to be installed.'

Both of the errors can be found below.

I'm not sure if it will make a difference, however, I am currently running Manjaro linux and have installed eclipse-common through pacman.

can you please try again? We had an issue with file permissions on the update site. Should be fixed now.
