Hi Team ,

I was doing code coverage for one of my project , able to generate report and I have a requirement to dynamically increase the module/project wise "INSTRUCTION" and "BRANCH" covered ratio dynamically . and I'm trying to achieve this by comparing my own created base value for "Covered Ratio" for both Instructions and Branches and Jacoco generated Covered ratio values using jacoco.exec file , and Problem is I'm unable to get the Covered ratio values in my code (Using ANT script) dynamically per module. Is there any way to get the Covered ratio values before writing to CSV or XML file so that I can use those values directly in my code for comparison purpose.

Thanks,

Hi,

First of all let me warn you that answers in this mailing list are provided by volunteers in their spare time, and your behavior of repetitive emails is of a negative motivation for them. I would even say unacceptable, so please stop doing this.

Now about your question:
Why not parse CSV or XML to get the values that you want? This is exactly why reports in machine-readable formats (CSV, XML) are provided.
Everything what is provided out-of-the-box for Ant is documented on page https://www.jacoco.org/jacoco/trunk/doc/ant.html No more, no less. If this is not sufficient for you, then have a look at the code which generates reports.
