Getting access denied error attempting to access http://update.eclemma.org

When attempting to access http://update.eclemma.org I'm receiving the following response. As a result I'm unable to install the eclemma plugin into Eclipse.

that is a plain Eclipse update site, it is not browsable.

You can check your network setup with this URL:
http://update.eclemma.org/content.jar

Make sure you have correct proxy settings in Eclipse.

ways of installation.
