Anikkadu: The newly tarred Thavalappra- Asrampadi Road, leading to Gregorian Mount Retreat Centre of Niranam Diocese has been inaugurated by Sri. Anto Antony M. P on Wednesday, 13th February 2013. Mor Coorilos Geevarghese, Metropolitan of Niranam diocese, Rev.Fr. Mathew Philip, Rev. Fr. Joykuttty Varghese, various political and panchayat leaders and several local people attended the function. The leaders were also given a reception at the Retreat Centre, Anikkadu. It was at the request of Metropolitan Coorilos Geevarghese that the M. P fund for this road was sanctioned by Sri. Anto Antony.
