Howdy!

As some of you may have heard, some friends and I are sending a team to Poultry Days this summer.  For those unfamiliar, Poultry Days is a 7v7 mixed camping party tournament in Versailles, OH the weekend of June 11-12.  The tournament is returning for its 39th year and runs in conjunction with a BBQ Chicken Festival that includes a carnival, live music, a hardboiled egg eating contest and of course the annual Miss Chick pageant; in which local high schoolers compete in a talent competition in order to gain the privilege of playing in the tournament final.  No, seriously.  If Miss Chick scores it's worth two points.  Additionally, this year's tournament will feature a showcase game of the Canadian and United States' World Games teams.

Having gone to Sunbreak, Leiout, Kaimana and Windmill, this is one of the few remaining tournaments on my bucket list and I'd love for you to join us in this ridiculous, truly unique affair.

Versailles is centrally located between three major airports: Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Columbus.  So for planning purposes I've created a slack for us to figure out carpools, flights, jerseys and of course our fowl themed team name.  Please join it or email me directly if you have interest in coming to the tournament.  Also if there's someone you'd like to invite, just reach out!
