We're trying to do a test to connect a Jamlink box to a Mac running Jacktrip. The Jacktrip instructions just say use the command jacktrip -j...  unless I'm missing something. But when going into the jamlink site, and put in the MAC address of the Jacktrip machine, it says "invalid Jamlink MAC Address".

Is there more to this?

Hi
Just curious, why dont you use jacktrip on both sides? The i/o on the Jamlink is not great and if you have a decent Audio interface you would have far better sound on both sides
the option for stereo and easy integration with other applications.

@REALTIME - we are testing various scenarios to use this system, including using two Jamlinks in one location for stereo, Jamlink to Jamlink and Jamlink to Jacktrip.

@Juan-Pablo - Everything appears to start up correctly on the Jacktrip side (start Jackpilot - buffer 64 samples, sample rate 48k), then commandline - jacktrip -j.  It does the usual start up (SUCCESS... waiting for connnection from client), then I go to the control panel for Jamlink and put in the MAC address of the computer running Jacktrip, and it says "Invalid jamLink MAC Address".

Thanks,
