building with RtAudio-5.0 (Ubuntu<=focal)

ola,

currently JackTrip does not build on Ubuntu/20.04 (focal) and
Ubuntu/18.04 (bionic), as it unconditionally uses features of
RtAudio-5.2 whereas these old Ubuntu versions only ship RtAudio-5.0

should we just ignore this, and tell people to move on?

(well, to be honest JackTrip does not build on Ubuntu/18.04 (bionic)
because it depends on libqt5networkauth5-dev, which is not available at
all in bionic; but if it were, there would still be the RtAudio-5.0 issue)

that was probably a bit too terse to be of much use.
