Radio Broadcast - recording feature

I used the radio broadcast last night, clicked on "record" - text was red. At the end of the rehearsal clicked on record again. My IT volunteer told me that I would see a message to save the recording to my computer. There was no message. The text turned white. I searched all over my computer. No wav file.  Does anyone know if it could have been saved on JT somewhere?  I had hoped for my singers to do some last minute practicing before the musicale on Sunday.  I did send a ticket to JT support about this, but, thinking they won't get to it any time soon.

Hi Sondra,

I didn't see a ticket from you on this over on help.jacktrip.org. Usually I get notification of help tickets created on help.jacktrip.org. Did you make one there? Maybe you are posting here because you didn't know what else to do, but for tech support on Virtual Studio, this googlegroup listserve probably won't get you the help you need, as this is an issue that the JackTrip Labs tech team will need to address. It is possible that someone from the team will see this, but they are not likely address this issue here. I will watch for your ticket over on help.jacktrip.org - there is a "Submit a request" in the upper right corner. Glad to help if I can.

MikeD was listening to our broadcast. Said he works for JackTrip. Tried to help me find the wav file. Even gave me a link to a Chrome extension to download. Still couldn't find it. He then gave me a link for the ticket. I sent one.

Just saw this on FB:

the current recording capability is quite limited! It only works in chrome and for snippets. We will add more recording options in the future, but in the meantime you may want to try some of the free browser plugins available. Try searching for “HLS” or “HTTP live stream” recorder to find the best option for your browser & needs.

Our session was over an hour, so maybe that's why there was no wav file.
