Validation of POJO against schema

Is there a way to validate a POJO against a schema? I created my pojos from a schema using jsonschema2pojo tools. If the pojos get modified i would like to validate those against the schema at system startup to ensure they are still complient. Can i use perhaps jackson-module-jsonSchema api to achieve this?
