For you adventurous folks- Tim Taylor has set up a gravel grinder ride from Lexington this Saturday! 70 miles of fun! Here's the route and details from him:


Saturday 9:30 at Parkers Crossroads, Exit 108 off 40, head north 3/4mi to baseball park.  Unsupported ride to test route for an official event for the team next year.  I have rode on 25mm tires, but wider is better.  40% gravel, 10% bigger gravel/rock and the rest pavement.  You can skirt the course and stay on pavement and still get a great ride.
