Jackson Joda MonthDay

I posted a question about Joda MonthDay support a few months ago (http://markmail.org/message/elywgze6w3unjceu) which resulted in me opening a pull request (https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-datatype-joda/pull/19). I did not get any feedback on my pull request though. Did this just slip through the cracks?
