Will you please distribute this throughout our ARES organization

SATERN has asked for help with their communications in Joplin.
We need to have 4 operators that can work from 07:00 hours until 21:00 hours
Days needed are
Monday 5-30
Tuesday 5-31
Wednesday 6-1
Thursday  6-2
Friday 6-3

Committment needs to be for at least one full day -- If you want to work multiple days we have made arrangements that you can sleep in the Red Cross shelter  -- Cot, blanket, pillow, and food -- can it get any better?

Operator will need to have a HT, battery packs, and a cigarette lighter charger if full day battery power is not available.
Their ARES badge, Copy of radio license, Photo ID / drivers license.  Various forms will need to be filled out upon arrival which are typical Emer contact, etc. type forms

Only ACTIVE ARES members can work for SATERN.  This is to avoid liability issues and to stay within the MOU framework between Salvation Army and ARRL.

If you are willing to work this event -- I ask that you contact me direct BY EMAIL   w0...@yahoo.com   and provide the following
Name  First & Last
Call sign
Phone Number -- Cell preferred if usually on
Email Address
Day or Days you are willing to work
ARES group you are in   (County)
EC's Name & phone number
Your ARES position  i.e.   Member, AEC, EC, etc.

Thanks
73,
Ken
