Dear Colleagues,

This news item (below) supports the idea of having Jackson Forest to showcase ecological restoration research in relation to climate change. One part of the Forest Service mandate is to consider:
the use of "model" watersheds or landscapes to create showcases for experimentation, collaboration and demonstration.
