Salesperson Ali was appointed as exclusive agent for a private property for 2% commission

Ali co-broke with Tom but only told Tom that he is getting 1%

After the transaction was closed, Tom got to know that Ali was
getting 2% instead of 1%. Tom lodge a compliant to the seller

Seller was upset that Ali was dishonest with Tom and decided not to pay the commission and also lodge a compliant to CEA
-
Ali was charged by CEA for dishonesty and his registration may be revoke.
